Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Sessions must be confirmed with the teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, including any lesson rearrangements (regular lessons for which you have a set time weekly must be stuck to and cancellations or rearrangements must be made and agreed to by the teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson) 2.⁠ ⁠Payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson, or in advance before the start of lessons of the scheduled week/month 3.⁠ ⁠Payments must be sent via PayPal or bank transfer to the accounts provided, referencing the date of the scheduled lesson/s and the full name of the student 4.⁠ ⁠Lessons may not be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time- lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson will be non- refundable 6.⁠ ⁠Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at the discretion of the teacher and/or the academy
