Cancellation Policy
1. Sessions must be confirmed with the teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, including any lesson rearrangements (regular lessons for which you have a set time weekly must be stuck to and cancellations or rearrangements must be made and agreed to by the teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson) 2. Payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson, or in advance before the start of lessons of the scheduled week/month 3. Payments must be sent via PayPal or bank transfer to the accounts provided, referencing the date of the scheduled lesson/s and the full name of the student 4. Lessons may not be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time- lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson will be non- refundable 6. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at the discretion of the teacher and/or the academy
